User Agreement

This agreement applies to all registered users of the Sellvory marketplace. By using the platform you confirm that you have read and accepted this document.

1. Sellvory's role

Sellvory is a marketplace. The platform provides intermediary services connecting buyers and sellers.

  • •Sellvory is not a seller.
  • •Sellvory does not own the products.
  • •Sellvory is not a party to the sales contract between buyer and seller.
  • •Obligations arising from sales belong to the buyer and seller.
  • •Sellvory may mediate disputes but does not assume direct seller liability as it is not a party to the sale.

2. Account closure authority

Sellvory reserves the following rights for platform security and rule enforcement:

  • •Review accounts.
  • •Temporarily suspend accounts.
  • •Permanently close accounts.
  • •Temporarily hold payments.

3. Visibility and platform management

Sellvory reserves the right to unilaterally change seller visibility, slot distribution, product ranking, and seller rotation.

Users cannot demand a specific visibility level, sales right, or sales volume.

  • •Search results are determined by Sellvory algorithms.
  • •Product rankings may change based on performance, reliability, and platform rules.
  • •Featured products and seller visibility are not guaranteed.
  • •Claims such as "I had a slot but couldn't sell" are not valid grounds for a visibility guarantee.

4. Limitation of liability

Sellvory does not guarantee or accept liability for:

  • •Product quality.
  • •Product delivery.
  • •Seller behavior.
  • •Legal status of products.
  • •Accuracy of product descriptions.

5. Payment review rights

Sellvory reserves the right to review payments. Payments may be held in cases of fraud, chargeback, dispute, or suspicious activity.

During review, related balance or withdrawal operations may be temporarily frozen.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

7. Returns and payment model

Direct purchases from Sellvory catalog listings include up to 14 days of return protection; payment may remain on-platform through delivery and return processing.

Independent seller listings follow the seller's return policy and are subject to Sellvory review.

  • •Direct catalog purchase: funds remain with Sellvory.
  • •Slot sale: affiliate commission is tracked in the dashboard.
  • •Seller listings: return claims are reviewed under platform rules.
