Seller Agreement

Users who list products, claim slots, or sell on Sellvory must accept this agreement.
1. Seller responsibility
As a seller you accept and undertake that:
- •You own the product.
- •You have the right to sell it.
- •The product is legal.
- •Descriptions are accurate.
- •You will fulfill delivery.
2. Slot (area) system
Slot rules for catalog products:
- •Maximum 10 seller slots per product.
- •Slots are not permanent.
- •Slot duration may vary by product category.
- •Owning a slot does not guarantee sales.
3. Slot management authority
Sellvory reserves the right to:
- •Remove slots.
- •Refresh slots.
- •Suspend slots.
- •Change slot distribution and rotation.
- •Restrict slot access for performance or rule violations.
4. Visibility clause
The following are determined by Sellvory algorithms:
- •Search results.
- •Product rankings.
- •Featured products.
- •Seller visibility.
5. KYC requirement
Without identity verification (KYC):
- •Full-capacity selling is not available.
- •You cannot become an affiliate.
- •You cannot withdraw funds.
6. Prohibited products
Listing the following is strictly prohibited:
- •Weapons and ammunition.
- •Drugs and controlled substances.
- •Counterfeit products.
- •Copyright-infringing products.
- •Stolen goods.
- •Stolen or unauthorized accounts.
- •Illegal software and malicious code.
- •Content containing unauthorized personal data.
7. Payment clause
Sellvory reserves the right to review payments. Payments may be held for:
- •Suspected fraud.
- •Chargeback notification.
- •Open dispute.
- •Suspicious transaction detection.
8. Product legality commitment
You accept full legal responsibility for every product you offer for sale.
Sellvory does not guarantee the legality of listed products. Violations may result in suspension or permanent closure.
- •The seller is responsible for accurate descriptions.
- •The seller is responsible for third-party rights violations.
- •Listing prohibited products is grounds for permanent removal.
9. Returns and review
You must accurately state return conditions for products you list.
Sellvory reviews seller return claims under platform rules, order records, and evidence; decisions may be binding.
- •Catalog (Sellvory) products include 14-day return protection.
- •Seller products: returns follow stated policy and platform review.
