This document informs you about personal data processing activities under KVKK that require your explicit consent, within Sellvory (sellvory.com) operations.
General information
Sellvory (sellvory.com) would like to inform you about activities carried out through our website.
Membership is required to buy and sell on Sellvory. Some of your personal data may need to be processed for the purposes detailed below, shared with contracted partners, and recorded in systems provided by our technology suppliers. Certain data processed for your satisfaction falls outside KVKK processing conditions that do not require consent and therefore depends on your explicit consent.
If you do not wish to give explicit consent, you should not register as a member.
a. Personal data processed and collection methods
With your explicit consent, the following personal data will be processed:
Data you provide
- •Identity data (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, Turkish ID number, gender; passport number and validity for foreign nationals)
- •Contact data (email, billing and delivery addresses, mobile phone)
- •Financial data (bank account / IBAN, account holder information)
Data collected during site use
- •Customer transaction data (requests, orders, invoices, reviews)
- •Payment data processed via payment service providers
- •Marketing data (cookie records, purchase history)
- •Transaction security data (IP address, login/logout, username, password, connection time and traffic data)
- •Visual and audio records from support processes (where applicable)
b. Purposes and legal basis
If you become a Sellvory member with explicit consent, the data listed above may be processed for the following purposes under KVKK Article 5(1) "explicit consent", including communication activities, and may be shared domestically and abroad under Article 9 with partners and suppliers:
Outside these purposes, your data may continue to be processed under the legal bases stated in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure.

c. International transfer of personal data
With explicit consent, identity, contact, transaction, financial, marketing, security, and audiovisual data may be transferred abroad under KVKK Article 9 with appropriate safeguards.
Transfers may be made to foreign data processors providing cloud infrastructure to ensure service quality and continuity.
Data transferred abroad via processor software is not shared with other third parties abroad for purposes other than those listed below. Processors commit not to process data beyond Sellvory's instructions, under international standards including GDPR.
