Coverage

Buyer protection applies in the following situations:

  • Product was never delivered or digital delivery was not completed within the stated timeframe.
  • Product significantly differs from the listing, is damaged, or unusable.
  • Seller requested off-platform payment or provided misleading information in order chat.
  • Suspected unauthorized or counterfeit product (digital keys, accounts, licenses, etc.).

Return protection

Purchases from Sellvory.com's own catalog listings include up to 14 days of return protection.

Independent seller listings follow the seller's stated policy and are subject to platform review.

  • Catalog purchases: return request via support within 14 days.
  • Seller purchases: seller return policy + Sellvory review.

Payment security

Balance and card payments are processed over encrypted connections. Funds are not released to sellers until the order completes.

  • Full or partial refunds are credited to your balance based on evidence.
  • Do not pay off-platform; protection does not apply in that case.
  • Report suspicious transactions to support immediately.

Delivery and confirmation

For physical goods, check tracking in order chat. For digital goods, keep proof of delivery.
