As a seller on Sellvory you are legally and operationally responsible for every product you list. This policy aligns with marketplace seller liability principles used by major platforms such as Amazon.
1. Your responsibility as a seller
As a seller on Sellvory you are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and fulfillment of every product and service you list.
The platform is an intermediary; product origin, quality, and legality remain your responsibility.
- •Product descriptions must not be misleading.
- •Copyright, trademark, and personality rights must be respected.
- •Digital deliveries must be timely and complete.
- •Physical goods must be shipped safely.
2. Prohibited and restricted products
The following may not be listed; violations lead to account closure:
- •Counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods.
- •Unauthorized accounts, stolen licenses, or keys.
- •Weapons, drugs, and illegal content.
- •Malware and content that violates personal data laws.
- •Redirects to off-platform payment or contact.
3. Performance and customer experience
Sellers must meet these standards:
- •Respond to orders within a reasonable time.
- •Enter accurate shipping information promptly.
- •Provide evidence in dispute processes.
- •Resolve buyer complaints per platform rules.
4. Payments, escrow, and chargebacks
Sellvory holds payments in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
Payments may be frozen or reversed in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or open disputes.
- •Unfair chargeback attempts are grounds for closure.
- •Fake delivery proof leads to permanent removal.
- •Sellvory review decisions are binding.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
Sellvory may audit listings and order records:
- •Violations may result in listing removal.
- •Repeated violations lead to suspension.
- •Serious violations lead to permanent removal.
