Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy

This policy explains buyer withdrawal rights and return procedures under applicable consumer protection rules, including Turkey's distance sales regulations.
1. Scope of withdrawal right
In distance contracts, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
For Sellvory catalog products this period is supported by platform protection.
- •Withdrawal notice may be sent via order chat or support.
- •The 14-day period starts on delivery date.
- •Exceptions may apply to digital content once consumption has started.
2. Exceptions to withdrawal
Withdrawal may not apply in these cases:
- •Custom-made products.
- •Hygiene products with opened packaging after delivery.
- •Instant digital content (with explicit consent).
- •Services personalized at consumer request.
3. Return process
When withdrawal is exercised:
- •Buyer opens a request via support or order chat.
- •Sellvory reviews records and evidence.
- •After approval, payment is refunded to buyer balance.
4. Physical product returns
Physical returns follow seller and platform rules.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- •Return tracking must be shared in chat.
- •Photo evidence is required for damaged or missing items.
- •Escrow refund is triggered after return approval.
5. Digital product returns
Digital orders are reviewed based on delivery logs and usage:
- •Undelivered digital items receive full refund.
- •Faulty codes may be replaced or refunded.
- •Used or activated content may be non-refundable.
- •Seller-caused errors apply seller liability.
